Commonly known as Sharon Village, the lands within this Secondary Plan are dependent on the delivery of a large piece of regional infrastructure called the York Durham Sanitary Sewer. In addition, this community will be one of the greenest communities in the 905 area, with a robust water and energy conservation program, and nearly 40% of the area being natural heritage systems.

Specific duties include group management, consultant team coordination, cost sharing facilitation and negotiation, draft plan and infrastructure planning coordination, acting as landowner representative, invoice recommendation and payment, and accounting services.
