PROJECT MANAGEMENT

LANDOWNER GROUP MANAGEMENT
DUI is involved in the coordination and management of several large groups of Developers/Builders. It is imperative when pursuing large Secondary Plan approvals that the Group Operates ”in unison”

- Group Management including setting and running group meetings
- Act as Trustee for Financing of Groups
- Provide cost control and accounting services, file GST, year ends etc.

Strategic advice to Group to facilitate approvals
Political representation including in front of Council etc.

COST SHARING AND FUNDING AGREEMENTS
DUI is involved in the negotiation of agreements amongst Landowners as well as between the Group local approval authorities

- Coordination with Legal representative in Front End Funding Agreements
- Facilitate negotiations of Group Cost Sharing Agreements with Engineering and Legal support
- Negotiating Representative for Infrastructure required by Municipalities to advance development

Project Management of Core Servicing
Pursuit of Group Securities returned from Municipalities and Cost Sharing with Municipalities
