    Land Acquisition Identification PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    Based on many years of “hands on” experience Delta Urban Inc. provides maximum “value added” to the project owner through:

    • Managing consultant coordination and communication

    Land Acquisition Identification LANDOWNER GROUP MANAGEMENT
    DUI is involved in the coordination and management of several large groups of Developers/Builders. It is imperative when pursuing large Secondary Plan approvals that the Group Operates ”in unison”
    • Group Management including setting and running group meetings
    • Act as Trustee for Financing of Groups
    • Provide cost control and accounting services, file GST, year ends etc.

    Land Acquisition Identification COST SHARING AND FUNDING AGREEMENTS
    DUI is involved in the negotiation of agreements amongst Landowners as well as between the Group local approval authorities
    • Coordination with Legal representative in Front End Funding Agreements
    • Facilitate negotiations of Group Cost Sharing Agreements with Engineering and Legal support
    • Negotiating Representative for Infrastructure required by Municipalities to advance development
