PETER G. CAMPBELL, B.Sc., P.Eng.
Vice President
Over twenty years of experience in all aspects of housing and land development, having been exposed to large corporate clients, financial institutions, bonding companies, receivers and small builders, Peter has been instrumental in the growth of both Delta Urban Inc, and some of the industry’s major development companies. Acting on behalf of low and high-rise clients such as Mattamy Homes, Intracorp Developments and Tribute Communities, Peter’s role continues to increase our capacity to deliver all aspects of land development including, financial analysis, project management, political relations, strategic advice and construction management.

TEMPLAR N. TRINAISTICH, B.E.S. MCIP RPP
Senior Project Manager
Templar’s wide-reaching experience in the land development industry has seen him focus on both the land and the building side of some of the GTA’s most complex land development projects. As Senior Project Manager to noted landowner groups such as Markham Centre, North Oakville and West Whitby; Templar’s forward thinking capacity for cost sharing agreement negotiation coupled with his critical ability to assess the requirements for planning and engineering approvals, bring a wealth of management capacity to these landowner groups. With almost 5-years working closely with the industry, Templar’s talent offers landowners the confidence that their projects are being carefully managed to be delivered on-time, and on-budget.
CARMELA LIGGIO, B Urban Planning
Project Manager
In 2008, the team welcomed Carmela in her Project Coordinator role. Carmela now works extensively in Peel and Halton Region, managing and coordinating secondary and block plan development projects for notable landowner groups such as Milton Phase III and The Vales of Humber (Brampton). In addition to her many years in the field of urban planning, Carmela’s abilities in cost control, and applied project management solutions offer Delta Urban Clients a strong set of tools to bring forward land development approvals in a time and cost effective manner. Carmela holds a Certificate in Microsoft Project from Seneca College and is an active member of Ryerson University’s Alumni Planning Committee.
Jared Dykstra, B.E.S.
Project Co-ordinator
The office is pleased to welcome Jared to the Delta Urban Inc. family. Having completed a Bachelor of Planning degree, with a specialization in Land Development, from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, Jared also brings his expertise to our projects with his work experience at the City of Hamilton, City of Kitchener, Town of Oakville and with the law firm of Aird & Berlis LLP. Jared most recently applied his skills as a planner for the Ontario Municipal Board for the past year. Jared’s continuous support in land management projects such as the North West Brampton, Mt. Pleasant Secondary Plan, West Whitby and Courtice will help us bring even more added value to the services offered by Delta Urban Inc.
KEVIN SINGH, B.U.R.Pl
Junior Project Coordinator
The office is pleased to welcome Kevin Singh to the Delta Urban Inc. family. Having recently completed an Honours Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University, Kevin is eager to bring some fresh insight to our projects with his experience in GPS technology, Geospatial Databases and Land surveying. We hope Kevin’s continuous support in land management projects such as the Sharon Landowners Group, the West Whitby Landowners Group and on studies such as BILD’s Planning Fees analysis will help us bring even more added value to the services offered by Delta Urban Inc.
MATTHEW HALLADAY, B.E.S.

The office is pleased to welcome Matthew Halladay to the Delta Urban Inc. team. Having recently completed a Bachelor of Planning degree from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, Matthew is excited to begin his career in land development and is ready to apply himself to our projects with his experience in SWM practices, environmental planning and urban design.
